Adventure-ready sound

Turn the page. Click the scene. Bring it to life.

Syrinscape’s official SoundPacks are organized to play along step by step with your published adventure. Each time your party reaches a new scene, choose the obviously matching Mood in Syrinscape. One click fades in ambience and music created for that exact part of your story.

Then respond as the action unfolds. Trigger that trap as it bursts into horrible acid life. Unleash a creature’s growl or an NPC’s spell when they take their turn. Drop in dragon breath, an explosion, an ominous reveal, or a memorable line of NPC dialogue exactly when it happens.

1

Find your adventure

Choose the official SoundPack made for the D&D adventure you are running.

2

Follow the book

Each Mood clearly corresponds to the adventure text, so the right atmosphere is ready as your story moves from scene to scene.

3

Direct the moment

Keep the scene running and trigger creatures, spells, traps, and story events on cue.

Make them feel it

Don’t just tell your players where they are. Let them hear it.

The clink of mugs, low conversation, a crackling fire, and the unique music of the local bard put players inside a crowded tavern. Claws scraping across stone and a sudden, room-filling roar make them feel how big the creature is on their skin.

Sound can make an innocent-looking NPC seem suspicious, turn a few lines on a map into a particularly threatening corridor, and make returning home really feel like returning home.

Your players may not notice what the sound is doing. They will notice what the moment feels like.

Stay with your players

More atmosphere. Less work for the DM.

You already have a world to run, rules to remember, voices to perform, and players determined to go somewhere unexpected. You shouldn’t have to be a composer, audio editor, and playlist manager as well.

  • Locations interpreted
  • Encounters scored
  • Layered ambience built
  • Creatures and spells prepared
  • Traps and events ready
  • Everything organized in story order

You stay with your players. Syrinscape stays with the story.

Official collaboration

Hear D&D—not generic fantasy.

Syrinscape works with the Wizards of the Coast team to make sure our audio reflects their vision for the Dungeons & Dragons world and each official adventure.

Every score, environment, creature, magical effect, and dramatic cue is designed for the story it belongs to. This is not generic fantasy audio placed beside a D&D logo. It is official audio made to help this world, this adventure, and this moment sound right.

Voices from the people who helped create D&D

Hear Chris Perkins as the glorious beholder Xanathar, Richard Whitters as Halaster—the thoroughly crazed wizard behind Dungeon of the Mad Mage—and Mike Mearls as Renaer Neverember. Chris Lindsay gives voice to a terrifying troll and the flamboyant Zardoz Zord, Jefferson Dunlap supplies some wonderfully unhinged kobolds, Kate Welch performs Jezrynne Hornravern and Fala Lefaliir, and Shelly Mazzanoble does a wonderfully mean goblin.

These are D&D people having an unreasonable amount of fun inside the world they helped create.

Watch Chris Perkins bring Xanathar to life for Syrinscape.

Made by humans

Made by people who understand music, sound—and the game.

Syrinscape employs professional human composers, sound designers, and artists. No generative AI is used for our music, sound design, or art.

The music is composed for a game where people need to hear one another: no distracting lyrics, no random shift into the wrong emotion, and no famous movie theme pulling players into somebody else’s story.

Built for the table

Why not just use a playlist?

Playlists can provide inexpensive background music, and for some tables that is enough. Syrinscape is for DMs who want sound to follow the game.

A living world—not the same loop again and again

Each scene is made from separate sound elements: music, weather, wildlife, crowds, fire, movement, distant events, and more. They vary naturally instead of returning in the same obvious pattern every few minutes.

Want rain in the village? Add it over the ambience. Need the crowd to disperse after curfew? Turn it down. Has combat broken out in the peaceful town square? Change the music and add the clash of steel without abandoning the location mix.

Syrinscape is not simply something that plays behind your game. It is an instrument you play with your game.

Questions from behind the screen

Everything a curious DM might ask

Do I need experience with audio software?

No. Choose a prepared scene and press play. The music and ambience are already combined. Deeper controls are available when you want them, but you do not need to build a mix before your game.

Will managing sound distract me from DMing?

Official adventure SoundPacks reduce searching during play. Follow the adventure, select the matching Mood, and trigger special effects only when you want them. Your attention stays on your players.

Can I use Syrinscape for in-person and online games?

Yes. Choose the Fantasy Player for local and offline play, or use the Web Player or Online Player to send Syrinscape’s ambience and music to your players wherever they are.

How do I find the SoundSets for the D&D adventure I’m playing?

Import a ready-made campaign into your Syrinscape Fantasy Player, Web Player, or Online Player. Each campaign adds the SoundSets for that adventure to one handy, organised list—and puts them in the order they’re meant to be played.

Choose your adventure:

Click a link, sign in to Syrinscape if you need to, and add the campaign to your Campaign Manager. You can then filter your player to show just the SoundSets you need for that adventure. Much less hunting. Much more adventuring.

Importing a campaign organises your SoundSets—it doesn’t unlock content you don’t own. All official D&D SoundSets are accessible with either a D&D subscription or a SuperSyrin subscription. You can also import SoundSets you have purchased individually.

Do I have to run a published adventure?

No. Official adventures offer the easiest scene-by-scene experience, but Syrinscape also includes a massive library of fantasy locations, battles, creatures, weather, music, and effects for homebrew campaigns.

Is the music AI-generated?

No. Syrinscape’s official D&D content is made by professional human composers, sound designers, and artists. We do not use generative AI for our music, sound design, or art.

Does the audio repeat like a normal loop?

Syrinscape layers and varies individual sound elements over time, creating ambience without the obvious repeating pattern of a fixed, mixed-down track.

Can I customize the prepared scenes?

Yes. Use each sound design as prepared, switch elements on or off, adjust their levels, and save your own version for the table.

Can I hear Syrinscape before I subscribe?

Absolutely. The Web Player and downloadable Fantasy Player include a rich library of free sounds you can play without logging in or creating an account.

Which subscription should I choose?

Start with SuperSyrin to explore every genre, game system, SoundSet, and creation tool. Your first month is $6.50, then $12.99 per month. If you play only D&D and general fantasy, the focused D&D subscription is $8.50 per month.

Am I locked into a long contract?

No. SuperSyrin is charged monthly. Cancel before the second charge if you decide Syrinscape is not right for your table.

What does “official D&D audio” mean?

It means Syrinscape works with Wizards of the Coast to create audio that reflects the D&D world and the specific published adventure.

Ready when you are

Make the next scene the one they remember.

You have prepared the paths ahead, the characters your players might meet, secrets to explore, and surprises to reveal. Let Syrinscape bring your world to life.
